A 90th birthday cake for my beloved mother. This partially handpainted cherry blossom and partial sugar blossom cake was inspired by her love of Chinese inspired accent pieces. The letters spell “Happy birthday” and the number “90” to celebrate her time here with us. The cake was a standard yummy vanilla cake. It was definitely a labour of love. <3
