What do you do when you have the opportunity to host one of your best cake friends on an overnight layover? Make her a cake of course! I made this for my sweet friend, Candace of Beau Petite Cupcakes. The hearts on the chalkboard bottom tier represent her home in Canada and mine in Kansas. We are knit together with so many similarities – I love her dearly and even more after meeting her in person. Knitted fondant on the top tier and fantasty gumpaste DA rose with a heart shaped center.
