For my daughter’s third birthday we were lucky enough to take a trip to Disneyland! Of course, we still needed a cake to celebrate, so this is what I came up with!

A three-tiered Disneyland inspired cake including her Minnie Mouse ears, which I made following an excellent tutorial from Krazy Kool Cakes on YouTube. I also HAD to include Anna and Elsa from frozen which was made with an edible image, the Sleeping Beauty Castle with the iconic fireworks which were hand-painted as well as the floral design on the frozen tier, Tinkerbell (edible image), the teacup ride (gumpaste figurines), a Cinderella inspired carriage and a quilted princess pattern cake board. The whole cake was airbrushed.
