Well I feel I took on quite a big job for my first cake out side my 1 day course but I feel I did pull it off. One gluten and nut free 10" cake, ganache and fondant.
(The small dummy cake on the right was the cake I decorated at my course last weekend).
So I took on the challenge for our Mothers group (children’s 4 th birthday celebration). Also a practise for my son’s birthday in a few weeks where I’m going to attempt a Hollys little kingdom castle cake!
It was great getting my son involved cutting out shapes for the decorations!!
