Nicholas celebrated his 7th birthday with this vanilla cake, topped with a sugar paste wolf, rocks and trees, and a butter icing river.
He wanted to be able to take the sugar paste wolf cake topper off the cake and keep it, so the wolf and the rocks it is sitting on are on their own little cake board.
