This is my chevron cake, a little unusual maybe, with a dinosaur inspired by that of Jan Clement-May.
The inside was vanilla sponge filled with vanilla Swiss buttercream for the botton and Chocolate Sacher cake filled with hazelnut and chocolate mousse.
