This is the 3rd year in a row I’ve made a cake for my son’s friend Adrienne and the 3rd year in a row that she’s requested a castle cake:) Can you believe this is my 1st time making a Frozen cake? I can’t believe I was able to avoid it for so long! Elsa and her snowflake were molded out of fondant and the snowflakes on the castle are made from rice paper using a paper punch.
