My Mother-in-laws 75th birthday today, and apart from her family her 2 other great loves in life Chanel No.5 and New York. Only had 24 hrs to organize this cake for her at the end of the week where all stock was low. My husbands late request for this did not help but I still think it has a lovely air of elegance to it. Floral detail inspired by another cake I saw in the last year but no name on it to credit.
