All edible hedgehog and tree stump. The hedgehog was made from carved chocolate cake, with modelling chocolate and fondant details. It took three hours to extrude all the little spines from fondant – thank goodness the Australian open tennis championship was on the television! Now watching the thrilling final – go Andy!!
