This is my ATTEMPT at recreating pieces from some famous artists works. It was a birthday cake for my older brother who is himself a very talented artist and these are some of the artists and paintings he admires. We have Mark Kippenberger, Mark Rothko, Henri Matisse, Forest Bess and one panel by myself with a little message from me to let him know how late I stayed up and how tired I was doing it :) He loved it and doesn’t want to cut it so I guess that is a result but it was a very daunting task trying to replicate such beautiful pieces of artwork.
