This is my take of Toothless stealing a fish from a basket of fish, based roughly around a cake made previously by Rouvelee’s Creations. My customer supplied a photo of their cake as the one she wanted for her son Alfie’s 5th Birthday.

All of the cake and sculptures are totally edible… although I’m not sure I would want my children to have black mouths! The core is rice krispie treats, and the rest sugar paste with a little dried spaghetti to help to hold the wings to the body while they dried. It was challenging and nail biting while the dragon dried… but worth the effort.. He’s not perfect except in the eyes of little Alfie !
