Glamorous Ivory and Gold ! This cake is by far my fav cake of mine and is to some extent a tribute to Ron Ben Israel whom I consider the God of wedding cakes and my idol! This cake is a miracle as I pulled if off in flat 48 hrs including baking and making flowers!!!! Client wanted the cake in tones of ivory and gold so came up with this simple yet elegant design to match their outfits. It’s a 3- tier chocolate cake with hazelnut filling and covered with Ivory fondant and adorned with gold designs and pearls and finished with peonies, roses, cala lillies and fillers.
