Another challenging cake for me. Princess Ariel from Little Mermaid. Sophia, kept asking her mom( a good friend of ours) for a Little Mermaid Cake on her birthday. This is my 2nd three dimension character cake. at this time I did convinced myself that I can do this. My inspiration for her cake is her stuff toy and some ideas from the movie. I airbrushed the cake, the huge rock is made out of rice cereal treat covered with fondant and airbrushed. and the rest cake decorations were made of fondant.
