Here’s my first cake of the year, Jake and the Neverland Pirate Theme. The character figures were provided by the client. The bottom cake is 8" pandan chiffon cake, frosted with pandan flavoured buttercream and the top is 6" cookies & cream cake, ganached with milk chocolate, covered with choco fondant. The leaves of the palm tree is out of wafer paper. I used muscovado sugar for the sand effect. Thanks for looking!
