Cake for New Years Eve wedding. The bride wanted clean, elegant lines with limited embellishments.
Bottom tier was covered in navy sugarpaste and then airbrushed to give a true deep navy colour.
Top tier is edible silver leaf.
Wafer paper was oil painted before making the simple flowers.
