This was a cake for my son-in-law’s birthday last November.
He is an IT specialist and totally dislikes Apple – there have been lots of heated discussions about the merits of android over Apple!
Added to this I always have to make him a rich fruit cake as he hates cutting my cakes, bless him! He actually leaves the room when we cut birthday cakes up as he can’t get his head around why anyone would spend hours creating something that is then destroyed!
This was my fun birthday cake for him picking up two of our family jokes – and refreshingly simple to make!
