Happy New Year 2015 Cake

How appropriate that my last cake of 2014 is a fun and elegant Happy New Year 2015 cake! I love the circular quilting on the sides & thought the 2015 bursting out at midnight was fun.

Red Velvet cake with white chocolate buttercream filling, dark chocolate ganache & fondant decor.
