This is my last cake for 2014. The couple came to me with the design from a picture they found on the Internet. They were adamant that it was what they wanted.
I don’t like to copy other people’s cakes, so I managed to trace the cake to Kanya Hunt in Cape Town and sent an email asking if she would mind me copying her design. Kanya was happy for me to go ahead and this was the result.
I had never worked with chocolate in this depth and can’t wait to do more!
