Square chocolate cake filled with raspberry mousse frosted with light chocolate buttercream — the tree is made by stacking and shaping 3 cupcakes
This cake is 100 percent edible decorated with fondant accents, sugar pearls and mini confetti painted with antique gold food paint — mini confetti didn’t give me the results I wanted so I decided to make my own antique gold sequins and I’m glad I tried
This cake is inspired by the beautiful leather cap made by my friend — in fact she challanged me with this — I’m thankful to her for that — although I put my heart and soul in every cake I make — but this is something I m really proud of!!
