We used the Paul Bradford book to inspire this and changed it up a little …. Sack, presents with labels for the recipients of the cake, rabbit burrowing and extra reindeer butts lol! This was a fun cake to make and is rich fruit on the bottom covered with marzipan and then a red velvet covered and filled with milk chocolate ganache on the top to make the mountain side.
