Christmas cake top layer is sponge cake filled with mascarpone with strawberries mouse topped with fondant and buttercream underneath airy meringue as snow … the bottom layer is sponge cake filled with pure chocolate mousse with whipped cream finished with airy meringue buttercream and as the snow … standard was created by my husband Peter .
