This is basically four tiers of chocolate mud carved goodness!

I found it a real challenge trying to replicate this mountain and the best part was putting all the royal icing over it lol

Olaf came together quickly, but Elsa only being my second attempt at a person and not a character took me days and four differnt attempts!

But it finally came together and the customer was over the moon which made all the stress worth while!
