A simple cake!

40th birthday cake for a Red Sox fan. The letters and logo were hand-cut from modeling chocolate.

This cake is a 10 inch round Oreo cake with Oreo buttercream filling. The cake is covered in Pastry Portal fondant, which I LOVE!!!!
