I’m so lucky to be part of this very first New Zealand Cake Decorators’ Collaboration – Cakes From Middle Earth. I was invited and joined 30 other talented cake artists throughout NZ to pay tribute to Sir Peter Jackson’s collective film works and to celebrate the finale of The Hobbit movie.
