Having grown up riding horses, this was a fun cake to do! My client gave me a picture of the boots he bought for his wife’s 50th birthday gift & asked me to make a sugar version. I LOVE the black & teal combination—-I may have to see if my husband will get some of these for ME! LOL! I would totally rock these boots!

The entire boot above the heel is cake. it is Vanilla cake with Lemon Meringue filling & white chocolate ganache. Fondant decor. It stands a bit over a foot tall.
