My featured submission for the DIY Weddings Magazine – Dec 2014 Winter Issue. “Royal Elegance”.

Inspired by the wedding palette, my cake was created with ‘regal’ in mind. The modern hues of the navy blue and white of the wedding reception invitations were incorporated into the cake design. The venue décor included gold leaves in vases filled with navy blue pearls and gold keys cascading from the ceiling above the guest tables. Hence accents of gold were added for a romantic sparkle and a touch of elegant glam.
