My tribute to Peter Jackson and the beautiful Cate Blanchett as Galadriel – my piece for the Cakes from Middle Earth collaboration!

Galadriel is cake and ganache, covered in modelled, shaped (and buffed!) fondant that has then been hand painted. Bottle in her hand has lights inside wafer paper, and can be switched on and off.
