Hmmm, I do hope Harvey saw the funny side!

This was a chocolate cake covered in Ganache and crushed chocolate Oreos for the soil (I’m still finding the odd crumb here and there now!) I used foam core covered in icing for the headstone which I airbrushed and then hand painted the message. I also sprayed the “soil” with edible glaze once it was in place so that the crumbs didn’t move when it was being transported.

This was not my design, my customer came to me with a similar picture of this cake and asked for it to be replicated – I do wish this didn’t happen! Anyway I have been unable to track down the original designer as there are quite a few variations of this cake out there.
