I was asked to make a replica of the dolls house on the left. The recipient actually made the dolls house herself a number of years ago and the idea was to make a replica cake of the dolls house.

It’s quite a tall and narrow cake so I found it tricky to keep the cake straight and vertical as it was made from sponge. I used 3 internal tiers to hold it all together and I think I just got away with it. I thought at one stage that this cake was going to break me! lol
