Gravity defying Baymax from the Big Hero 6 movie. This was my son’s favorite super hero at the time and when we watched the movie, he asked me right away that he wanted a Baymax cake… really!!!!! wheels started turning and design ideas. I was so excited to get started on it. It was quite a challenge for me but it meant more to me to make his dream come true…. my son’s dream cake, may I remind you he just turned 3 years old.
For this design I added smoke effect using dry ice. I used tubing and threaded it through the legs and through the isomalt after burners… . When we sang happy birthday to my son, it was blowing so much smoke from the after burners, it added a really cool effect and it gave it a wow! factor!!! It appeared as it was taking off. My son loved it! and it was a really big hit at the party! Thank you for viewing.. Until next time.
