Standing almost one metre tall, I royal iced with stiff peak through a PME # 13 star, drawing out to form drooped branches/needles, laden with snow. Mirrored and weighted cube stand. Florist paste/gumpaste snowflake star made with giant cookie cutter. Coloured candy covered chocolate pearls and piped leaves on a background of green RI to finish.
