This one has been my piece for the 3D cake contest of this year’s Bcn & cake fair. My first cake contest!! All decorated with chocolate, modeling chocolate, wafer paper and obulato. Hand painted. It has been an arduous trip. 14 hours by train, on the verge of being expelled by the reviser for taking a bundle that, in spite of not exceeding too much the measures, could not lie down. Supporting an excess of temperature in the train that could melt a piece of chocolate as this one of not having being isolated suitably by sheets of polystyrene. Suffering for how it would come. But it came, no irreparable hurt that was preventing myself from presenting it. And it triumphed in spite of the impressive level that existed this year in tarts 3D.
