This is my piece for the Christmas in Frostington charity collaboration.
My daughter is wheelchair bound and when I was given the brief “couple carrying christmas tree” for my piece I immediately pictured what I wanted to do. I felt that including a wheelchair user in our christmas scene would really bring the village to life and help make everyone feel included in what we’re trying to do.
The figures are made entirely from sugar paste, including the wheelchair, and the man stands about 5" high.
