My first self decorated cake.. Its a rich fruit cake covered with marzipan & fondant.. decorated with gumpaste flowers carnations & lilies.. this was my 1st time working with gumpaste to make flowers… did this cake on the last day at my of my wedding cake class!! Learned a lot from my teacher Mr. Jude Newnes.. Need more practice but I’ll get there…
