This is another DAIRY FREE creation!!! This cake is our dairy free vanilla cake with chocolate ganache filling, and chocolate ganache under the fondant. The fondant is quilted with gold pearls to bring out the gold in the Peacock Feathers. The peacock feathers are edible, as they are made out of gumpaste. I hand cut, molded, and painted the feathers and placed 2 on the cake in order to commemorate their 2nd Wedding Anniversary!
