I made this cow girl inspired cake for my daughter who was turning 5. She specifically requested that it had butterflies..a lasso..a pink cactus lol because what little girl doesn’t like pink.. And a pink and purple cow girl hat . The cake is covered in a marshmallow fondant that I make and the accents are also all made from the same fondant. The hat is made from rice crispy treats making this entire cake totally edible! I also hand painted the cow spots and piped the details on the handkerchief which I thought was a must needed touch.I decided to make the lasso into the shape of a 5 since my daughter expressed how much she loves the Disney Jr. Show sheriff Callie and her lasso in the show takes shape of whatever she wants. She was very happy with the cake which just made my day 😊
