I made this cake last year for my daughter’s 1st Birthday! I can’t believe she’s almost 2 already! Where does the time go? Anywho, I didn’t get to really decorate it the way I wanted due to time constraints. I made a whole dessert buffet that included the cake, cupcakes, cake pops, and chocolate covered Oreos. The penguin (my favorite part) was RKT covered in fondant. TFL!
