I have been dying to make this cake since last year, I had the design in mind, but not the time. I have modelled the little puglet on my own pugs; Lulu and Muriel. The cake itself is a rich, very boozy, fruit cake and I can’t wait to cut into it as I just adore fruit cake and marzipan.
