This cake is so Special to me is the 2nd time I made a Cake for Carter , this time he want his cake to be Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle . I loved to work with this cake . The board I used Fondant and for the cheese I used white chocolate and the other details are made with fondant . The cake is a 8" vanilla flavor cake with a city made with black fondant . I made the 4 TMNT with gum paste
