Poinsettia Xmas Cake

I’ve just discovered that I have quite a few cakes from a while back that I have not yet posted up… this one was done in 2010… as you can see on the cake board!!! hahahaa… oh well.. its a blast from the past for me and had been cake decorating just under a year, it was my very first Christmas cake I did for the family who came to stay with me. First time at poinsettias too.
Cake is a royal iced, rich, moist, boozy fruit cake, which is always a big hit with my family. my daughter in law in London says she loves it so much, she wants to bath in it!!! she is so funny!!!
I have more poinsettias coming with a tutorial too. :)
