The Optimist is a small, single-handed sailing dinghy intended for use by children up to the age of 15. It is one of the most popular sailing dinghies in the world.
Our client was a little girl that competes with this dinghy. She wanted a cake with her boat in the cake.
We use ruffles to create the ocean effect.
The cake insight was a red velvet mini layer (12 layers), with white chocolate ganache and some layers with cherry jam.
