My daughter Manasi turned 10 yesterday! Celebrated her birthday with this 100% buttercream cake which has bottom tier decorated using newly learnt Palate Knife painting technique by Valeri and Christina and top tier with basket weave!
This was for a small celebration with family and more of practicing the techniques than creating a cake she wanted! ;) I will be doing a Frozen themed cake for her birthday party with her friends which is due on weekend. Hope you all like my humble attempts on these techniques! :)
