This is the little Thanksgiving cake I made for my family.
These cute little mice are having fun berry feasting and some holiday mischief. The mice are 50/50 fondant & modelling chocolate. The floral elements and berries are gumpaste.
Ginger Spice with cocoa buttercream on the inside and vanilla frosting as requested by my husband :)
