This guy looks simple enough, but I always have trouble with him. I really do think I’m done making Olaf cakes. :-) Olaf is covered in fondant, then layered with a thin coat of royal icing. He stands over 31" tall. Princess Anna was made out of gumpaste and rice cereal treats. Her skirt was made out of wafer paper.
