Edible handmade gelatin sequins and topper decorations, wafer flowers with beaded centres on topper and ‘waistband’, appliqué lacework on bottom two tiers with hand piped royal icing details, and a side bouquet of hand formed gumpaste peonies and frangipanis. My first entry to Cake International, so I was thrilled to be awarded a Bronze certificate :-)
