This is inspired by a Paul Bradford creation I saw at cake international, it’s just for fun this Time to see if I could and the fondant was a nightmare last night it was so warm in my kitchen! Bottom tier is a double stacked vanilla Madeira middle tier is a double stacked chocolate Madeira and top is a triple stacked vanilla Madeira, all filled with strawberry buttercream and covered in white chocolate ganache.
