This design came to me a while back & I had been dying to make it. It turned out It was 1 of those cakes you wish you’d never started lol.
The 4000 Ruffles took almost 48hrs & my eyes literally crossed over a few times but I got there. I’d always been fascinated with hibiscus flowers & couldn’t wait to try & make them out of sugar which I thoroughly enjoyed . X
