Would love to know how to do these..they are so gorgeous!
Hi Suzanne. They’re baked in Squires half sphere pans, sandwiched together with buttercream & then marzipan/fondant or ganache/fondant, which is what I use. They go in & out of the fridge to achieve the round shape so they are fiddly! But worth the effort I think :) x
