Recently I had the pleasure of making Sharon’s mum this Topsy Turvy cake.
Silver with delicate white wafer paper flowers and touches of black. We encrusted the leaves with a black shimmer powder to add some extra sparkle!
All tiers were chocolate filled with: Chombard/Cherry-ripe filling, Marbled white and chocolate buttercream, and Light chocolate ganache buttercream.
I heard that Cheryl had a wonderful time with all her family and friends :)
