It was a pleasure to be asked to make this cake which was a replica of the Birthday boys actual yacht, The Ticketeeboo. She was 18" in length and 22" tall. I used a 12" square cake and cut and carved it into the shape. The mast was a copper pipe covered in fondant and the sails were simply rolled out and cut gumpaste.
